Dream of Lilith as the Nighttime Star-scape, Unique Unknown Constellations
[ I remember a short portion of my dream which involved Mia. ]
I’m participating in a traveling trip of some sort. A group of us are taking a trip somewhere and traveling by bus. Each “section” of the bus has sort of been cordoned-off to allow ‘privacy’ for each couple, or groups of traveling companions.
I was sitting in the back of the bus along with my companion, Mia. She was busy looking at something. Reading, I believe. While listening (on low volume, to not disrupt the others on the bus) to Stone Temple Pilots. I’m not sure ‘how’ I knew that that was the band, but in the context of the dream, I simply ‘knew’ it was.
I was reviewing some pictures in a camera I had found. Someone had accidentally left it there (on the bus?) from a previous trip. And I was trying to determine if there was a way to return it to the owners.
When the bus stopped, we all got out and began walking along the road. All heading in the same direction. It was night time and the sky was filled with millions of vibrant and clearly visible stars.
I remember looking up into the sky, seeing the stars and happily exclaiming, in a nearly breathless voice; “Lilith!” But I wasn’t referring to any one particular series of star constellations when I said this. I was referring to the entirety of the nighttime starlit sky. All of it. Seeing it, the whole star-scape, was like seeing Lilith. The full blackness of space, with Her children, the Stars, floating in Her womb.
Mia was beside me, a bit behind and to my left when I had spoken out loud. She smiled in acknowledgement and repeated the name “Lilith” as if in agreement and confirmation that I had perceived what I saw correctly.
Then as I stared at the dark sky and the stars therein; glowing began to take shape around each constellation. Like the stars themselves were emitting a ‘glow’ that filled up the dark space between the stars. And instead of seeing ‘just stars’ and my attempting to remember which-ones were for which constellation; I could see the “shape” of the constellations.
So; I could ‘see’ the shape of a crab for Cancer. And see the shape of a throned woman for Cassiopeia. But I also saw other glowing forms/shapes of constellations that I was entirely unfamiliar with. Such as: the profile large-head of a horned bull. Some sort of lion-headed wingless dragon. Something that looked like a giant moth(?) or perhaps some large winged insect, like a fly or equivalent?
Every direction I looked, I could see the glowing shapes of the constellations, and not simply just the night-sky & stars.
