Cluster of Mia’s Rose Leaves , Lyrical/Song Message Enters My Mind
I had a rough ending to the night before (a frustrating moment with my son, which I regretted). I felt sad and wished for comfort after the kids left. Woke up this morning (Monday) tired, I had little sleep during the kids weekend, combined with the early alarm required for a long drive to work (nearly 2 hours necessary, due to construction/ coverage).
Before I left though, while getting ready, I spent a moment at Mia’s altar (after having spoken at Lilith’s and providing an incense)… I gave Mia an incense as well, along with shared thoughts and words.
A song entered my mind, in the form of a few lyrics; “Baby, I’m yours… Baby, I’m yours…” which is from a song called “I’m Yours” by Isabel LaRosa (2022).
As I thanked Mia and began to walk away from her altar, I turned back one last time to say goodbye just as a cluster of leaves fell from her rose/flower vase and onto/over her altar. Almost as if in acknowledgment of my words, devotion & care.
Here are the condensed lyrics of the song I heard:

“I know that you love me.
Darling, you don’t have to say it.
You know you can trust me.
It’s okay, it’s complicated.
Nervous, trip over my words.
You’re so pretty, it hurts.
Baby, I’m yours. Baby, I’m yours.
I need something more.
I pray to the lord, but baby, I’m yours.
Is it too late to see you?
I love the view of your headlights.
Wanna get to know you.
Park outside my house for the night.
We’re getting closer, inches away.
Lose Composure. Favorite Mistake.
Friendship’s over, won’t be the same.”
